This review is about the front desk staff. I am a Jefferson employee which I get 10% off on my treatments. I paid a $50 consultation fee when booking online that was supposed to go towards my treatment as well. This was all confirmed by my aesthetician prior to receiving my treatment. I got a hydrafacial for $199. At the front, they said my total was $179. I asked if that is with my $50 consultation fee. They said oh, okay your total is $149. So where is my 10% discount? The lady at the front desk said, we can’t do both so do you want $50 off or 10% discount? Um… the $50 is the $50 I paid already. She then proceeds to say we can’t do both so which do you want. Well I guess my $50 that I paid??? And she goes, 10% off is only $10. 10% of is $20. Front desk also rarely picks up the phone.
Had a wonderful experience with Judy! She was incredibly intentional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. What truly stood out was how accommodating and available she was despite my hectic schedule. She made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better care and would highly recommend Judy to anyone!
It's been over a year since I got my sculptura injection so trust that this review is NOT based on a post-appointment high. A woman named Jackie was my injector but TBH she was cold, unfriendly and looked older than me although she was at least 5 years younger than me and had injections in. (That is to say, I shouldn't have trusted her based on how unnatural her results looked, no offense) I wish I would've trusted my gut. There is no way to take sculptra out. I should have done regular filler instead and gone elsewhere. Sculptra is a bad idea because there is no way to take it out. Jackie recommended two rounds of sculptra and I'm so glad I didn't go for the second round because all it would've done was given me puffy cheeks. The injections didn't remove the appearance of the malar lines that I was concerned about....also, she injected too much on one side of my face making it appear puffier. FINALLY, the sculptra is dissolving after over a year!! (Thankfully. I recommend that everyone stay away from sculptra!!!!!) It was my first time getting injections and I regret sculptra big time. Juvederm filler is better because it can be removed. YES I did know that sculptra couldn't be removed but 1) I wish I was advised better 2) Injector acted like she didn't want to be bothered with my questions. YOU are the expert, not me, be patient, and be willing to explain things. Just like in my work place I wouldn't expect you to be an expert either. 3) Injector didn't need to put so much product in my face. I wanted a more subtle look. Also she made one side of my face puffier than the other. 4) Injector did not respond to my follow up texts/calls until like two days later from what I remember. I also would recommend a medspa like Citrine Glow MedSpa in Manyunk. Felt much more comfortable with her and she actually listened to me and I was pleased with the result. I hope this review helps at least one person to make a better decision. Stay away from body & beauty lab.
The best there is! I have been working with Judy Kim for the past several months, she is exceptional. Results from treatments have far exceeded my expectation. Her and all staff I have worked with, have the highest expertise and experience, far beyond several other Medical Spas I have used. DON'T be fooled by other firms with lower prices! The quality of results from BBL, and how long they last, they provide significantly higher value, great prices for what you get!
Judy is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for face laser treatments and the results have been truly significant. My skin looks smoother, clearer, and healthier every time I see her. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I couldn’t recommend Judy enough if you’re looking for real results and someone you can trust with your skin!
