I attended Bodyscape for my first ever sound healing session. Firstly the Bodyscape building itself is beautiful, spacious and luxurious. With a lovely waiting area and lockers for us to use. The sound healing was a beautiful experience. Ashe was lovely and very professional, making sure to calmly talk us through the experience and what to expect. She was exceptional at creating the sound which flowed very well. The blankets, eye masks and optional smelling oil was a very professional touch, I really felt like I was on holiday. I left feeling surprisingly light and energised. Highly recommend
This is going to be a long review, but it’ll be worth your 3 minutes to read. After going through an extremely difficult 6 months this year, I finally realised that staying mentally and physically healthy has to be the top priority no matter what. I’ve been trying to reconnect with people and with life again after disappearing from social circles for half a year, and that led me to a free yoga session in November (as part of local event) where I met Leona, who is now my yoga instructor. Doing yoga for the first time in so long, my body was literally screaming the entire time. I genuinely felt sorry for myself for not taking care of my health. Since I’m currently working a demanding job, I really need to look after my physical health, and my mental well-being is even more of a priority. There’s a “Yin Yoga & Sound Relaxation” session at Bodyscape, and I highly recommend it, especially for overthinkers, perfectionists, or anyone whose brain never switches off. Honestly, we all need it, don’t we? Bodyscape is the perfect place for anyone interested in yoga and for those who want to survive in this society without burning out. The space is incredibly calm, beautiful, and grounding.
Bodyscape is an incredible space with an amazing team! As soon as you walk into the beautifully appointed, spacious studio you know it's going to be an amazing class! Fiona's Vinyasa class was wonderful and the perfect mix of challenging and relaxing. Rosanna was so easy to communicate with and I'll definitely be back!
I’ve tried a few Vinyasa Yoga classes before, but I have to say - I’ve never experienced yoga like I have at Bodyscape! The teachers are incredible, highly skilled, and each class is thoughtfully designed - you can really tell a lot of care goes into the flow. I also tried their infrared sauna, which is spacious and comes with various light settings for different benefits. I highly recommend Bodyscape, and I’m already trying to convince my friends to join!
Absolutely love this yoga studio! The atmosphere is so inviting, and Chloe’s Pregnancy Yoga classes are amazing. Not only does she incorporate valuable birth skills, but it’s also been wonderful to connect with other expectant mothers. Each session feels like a beautiful blend of relaxation and support. Highly recommend!
