Great experience with Bolt Electric this morning. Wendy got us scheduled right away and kept in communication with us until our tech arrived. Ronnie, our tech, was friendly, upfront, honest, and got our project done quickly with a more than reasonable price while also making sure we understood everything he was doing. I could not have been more happy with the experience. As a new home owner trying to figure out which companies to trust when help is needed I am so thankful that Bolt Electric is who I contacted. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his consultation and was able to fix our issue efficiently and quickly. He also took the time to explain why we were having the issue we were and was so kind to us! Wendy at the office was also very helpful when we called to set up our original appointment. I would highly recommend Bolt Electric to everyone who needs electrical work done!
I am excited to recommend Bolt electric! They are true, honest, and highly experienced professionals. They accommodated my needs and timeframe, quickly found the issue and made repairs. I had a ceiling fan replaced which also required some rewiring and electrical outlets that quit working. I was amazed at how quickly such a knowledgeable and experienced professional analyzed and completed work. The whole experience was like breathing fresh air! I will never choose anyone else. The communication was beyond expectation from the office and the electrician and he spent the time to teach me a few things. I am so grateful to Bolt!!!
BOLT ELECTRIC was fair, professional, honest, and thorough in their work. Wendy did an excellent job communicating all aspects of the estimate and scope of work. I would hire them again for any future project with no hesitation. They went above and beyond to get everything right.
We hired Bolt Electric for 2 issues--a doorbell and a separate interior light switch that weren't functioning properly. We were offered a quick appointment. Robert, the technician, arrived early (no problem with that!) and quickly diagnosed and solved both problems. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The price for this good service was very reasonable. We will call Bolt in the future for any needs that might arise. UPDATE--We recently called on Bolt Electric again, this time to fix a motion detector security light that had been misbehaving after some recent thunderstorms. We were offered a quick appointment and Ronnie arrived on time and professionally diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Once again, we were very satisfied with the service and price. That makes twice!!
