Excellent service from quoting, through updates along the way, to the actual moving day. I had three quotes from different companies. Bolt Removals were the only one that visited to quote properly, and their quote was about two thirds of the other two quotes. I needed to change the inventory a couple of times and emailed the office. The changes were recorded and did not affect the price. I knew there would be a long delay between loading and unloading, because we needed to remove flooring and built-in wardrobes in the new property before they could unload, so I paid the extra for this. On the day it was heavy rain however the team remained cheerful and worked efficiently. They took care to avoid my property getting wet. Despite waiting until after 5pm to unload the team were patient, and efficient when we could finally let them finish. Moving home is always stressful, however Bolt Removals did everything they could to make that part of the process as stress-free as possible.

Excellent service by Cristi and Dims. Very professional. Turned up on time. Delivered sofas to two rooms. No damage to anything. Set everything up. Took all rubbish away. Would highly recommend. Lovely men too.

Firstly I have to say that I was so impressed by the politeness, kindness, and helpfulness of these two lads. I didn’t make their job very easy, as it was a super tight fit to get the corner part of the sofa into the room past the narrow hall way, and into the room. But they did it, by working together, the communication between them was on point. I really didn’t think it would fit 🙈 honestly they were such amazing lads. I can’t thank them enough. These two deserve a pay rise 110% or a lovely Christmas bonus. Thank you both so much.

I have never seen a team work so hard as when Luke and his colleagues moved us. Polite, friendly, engaging, professional and highly energetic; nothing whatsoever was too much trouble for them. When faced with problems that most people would give up on or walk away from, Luke and his team persisted until they found a workable solution (e.g., our bed up the spiral staircase). Julian costed the move at short notice via a video call! Excellent communication and a market-leading price which was well-worth every penny. Both vans arrived on time. They had to contend with a well known online appliance company arriving 3 hours early at our new house taking over the kitchen, plus the main road off our street being resurfaced at the same time! Use Bolt for a stress-free moving day; you’ll be so glad that you did!

Having not moved home for 32 years, packing and moving house seemed like a mountain to climb. Bolt Removals' team were amazing from the initial meeting with Julian to the moving day itself, nothing was too much trouble. The day of the removal went like clockwork. The Bolt team were friendly, efficient and fast. Bolt Removals exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to any home movers wanting reassurance, peace of mind and a trustworthy removal company.
