Update 1/19/26: The next day after my last update someone contacted me and apologized. He said he was going to make sure my roof got taken care of, but I told him I already hired somebody else and had it done, so he refunded the money I'd already given them. His customer service was excellent. Update 1/11/26: After a great initial experience, it all fell apart. So disappointed! Jared Lewis left and I was forgotten. I called twice and no one called me back. I finally got a text from a Matt in September, saying they were trying to get things corrected with the insurance and someone would be in contact soon. Four months have passed and I still haven't heard a word. I feel like a fool. I paid them $500 in Advance to take care of this, and it just never happened. August 2025: Great experience with these people so far. Jared Lewis was very honest, prompt, and clear at explaining what’s needed, what my options are, and what he’s going to do and when. He has followed through at every step, maintaining a very kind and professional demeanor that too many people lack these days. I truly appreciate the quality of service that Jared has provided and I look forward to continuing to do business with this great company.
I would highly recommend Bondoc for roof replacement or repair. Andy checked out my roof leak, showed me what was causing the problem and explained in detail how Bondoc would repair the area. The price quoted seemed fair. Alejandro came out a few days later and performed the repair work. I couldn’t even tell where he had done the repair. Cleaned up all old and leftover materials. I was extremely impressed with his work. No leaks since. Thanks Bondoc!!!!
As a new homeowner, I really wanted this process to go smoothly, and at first, it seemed like it would. When I spoke with Adrian, he was kind, understanding, and thorough—he pointed out issues that another roofer hadn’t, which gave me confidence in choosing Bondoc Roofing. Unfortunately, the customer service after that was disappointing. I had to wait a few weeks for approvals, and during that time, Matthew Gutierrez reached out a few times but then stopped responding. When I called the office, I was told someone would contact me, and eventually, Andy Cruz reached out. Andy was polite at first, but communication quickly became frustrating. He preferred texting, and even when he said he’d call back, I often had to follow up myself. I tried to be accommodating and stick to text since that seemed to work better for him, but I never felt fully informed about what was happening. Workers showed up and left without explaining what was done or what still needed to be completed. When I asked Andy, he said they weren’t finished and would need to come back—but no one ever communicated that directly to me. The same thing happened again the next day. I asked for photos and updates several times. Andy said he had sent them, but it turned out my email address had been misspelled. Once that was corrected, I did receive the photos. Still, the communication overall was disorganized and left me unsure what to expect. After it rained, I noticed a musty smell and was told to check the attic and vents that had been worked on. I texted Andy about it, and he said he’d send someone out, but that never happened. I followed up and even asked if Adrian could come by to check, and Andy said he’d arrange it—but again, nothing. At this point, I’m worried there may be a leak or problem with the work that hasn’t been addressed. Because of the lack of follow-up, I can’t confidently recommend Bondoc Roofing right now, though I appreciated Adrian’s professionalism in the beginning.
Bondoc roofing put a new roof on my house this week. Kole came out and did the initial inspection. He worked with my insurance company, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out the best shingles for my house. Andy was the project manager. He kept me informed on the project and was very helpful. I love how the roof turned out, they did a great job and I would highly recommend this company! They did the job in one day and cleaned up after the job was done.
I had Bondoc replace my roof and they did a fantastic job! Very professional and I had quotes with 2 other vendors and Bondoc came in the lowest and best value! Would definitely recommend!
