BE CAREFUL if you want to save your orthodontic insurance benefits, this office will bill your insurance for the consultation even though I was told the consultation was “free.” I was surprised because I have had consultations with 3 other dentists and none of them billed my insurance for a consultation. The consultation itself was also very brief. No photos or scans were taken! The assistant briefly looked at my teeth and asked a few questions, and then Dr. Jahnsen spoke with me for about 5-10 minutes. She told me that my case is more complex due to an open bite and that, as a general dentist, She recommended that I see an orthodontic specialist. I do appreciate the doctor being honest about my case. However, I was still billed about $200 through my insurance for a very short consultation. If you have a more complex case like an open bite and are looking for treatment, SAVE you TIME and MONEY just going directly to an orthodontic specialist!
The dentist and dental check up was great. But I had to be put through 2 cycles of X-ray on the same day because the first set of X-rays taken were lost due to the picture transfer to the computer. I was not very comfortable with double X-ray exposure on the same day.
Felt like I was being butchered. Never been to such an incompetent but happy dentist. It was scary. My gums had lacerations all over them from improper practice (hooking them), I've never bled that much after a routine cleaning. She felt rushed, would've been better to reschedule me before you torture me. I also have good teeth at baseline. I can't imagine the pain this female dentist would cause to someone with issues.
My partner got several fillings here. They messed up each and every one. The fillings had to be redone later by another dentist and one tooth needed a root canal. I also had a super bad experience here. Overall these guys are criminally incompetent and nobody should go here
I have nothing to say other than I had a really horrible horrible experience here. I went here earlier this year. DO NOT go here, avoid this place at all costs. I had to revisit the dentist (definitely a different one after my experience there) within 6 months - turns out Dr Jessika Jahnsen had done three fillings wrong. I trusted this place and now I have to pay way more to get Dr Jessika's botched fillings redone and ALSO a root canal to correct another botched filling. Can't believe this. I am so incredibly annoyed about this. I can't believe I actually paid for her services. So so bad and disappointing. I have to spend so much more money now to fix her errors. I will never go back to this place.
Had a great first time patient experience. There was barely any wait time, the staff and dentist were super friendly and explained the procedures as they were happening. Also very thorough and informative whenever I had any concerns.
