Replacing a boiler is so expensive and now I see why. Boston Standard is a well oiled machine. A team (the installers, the hauler, curbside pickup, the electrician, the lead, the butcher, the baker, and candlestick maker) showed up on one of the coldest and windy days this December and dived right in. Absolutely, I love working with professionals because they help in maintaining my quality of life. For all of the above, I'm giving Boston Standard 5-stars. Thank you🌷 S Justice

10 out of 10. Very organized, punctual, and professional from quote to finish. Not an easy job and they crushed it as promised and on budget. Will use them again for sure.

As of father of two boys, one ten and the other just 9 months when my 23 year old heat system finally crashed on me; I needed a company to come in right away and put in a new heating system before the winter showed up. I worked with a Carlos Teixeira, Ben Strolsky and James Gabriel and their crew of plumbers and electricians. Not only were they excellent to work with but also polite and able to answer all my questions. The team wasn't just there to install a boiler and a water heater; they were there to put me and my family at ease. I felt comfortable talking to them and as the job ended, I noticed that they do more than just plumbing so I will certainly use their services again; and recommend them to anybody who asked me for a dependable company that can help with all your homeowner needs.

Absolutely hands down THE best company I have used. I have no affiliation and we are new homeowners in an area where we were not familiar with contractors in the area. Our central AC needed replacement. I contacted Boston Standard and they sent out a technician (Leo) who never pressured or tried to sell us anything. He was sharp and definitely knew his stuff. We purchased a unit and the process was easy, non-pressured and their prices were great. Everything was explained with rebates ect. Two technicians, Brian and Thomas arrived on time, early even, and were both very friendly and explained the process to us. The job took two days and honestly I couldn’t be happier, they were awesome . Both Brian and Thomas are a credit to their company. Both were extremely knowledgeable and took pride in their work, from a spotless work area to the actual AC unit. I have enclosed photos, their work shows pride, everything is straight, level and honestly perfect. The second day, their two electricians arrived, Jeff and Alex. Both Jeff and Alex were awesome, they went above and beyond to have everything perfect and completed by the end of the day. They went over everything and gave easy and clear instructions on how to use the system properly. I am beyond satisfied, Boston Standard was the easiest and probably the best company I’ve used. I will continue to use them for our heating/cooling , plumbing needs. From the first communication, texts stating arrivals, their work, the equipment and their stellar technicians. I cannot possibly recommend Boston Standard enough.

Another job well done. Follow up appointment to replace duct collar and float safety switch for our central air conditioning system. Quick convenient scheduling. Received a text 24 hours in advance to confirm appointment and notification of time window when the technician will be arriving. Prior to arrival, received an another text notifying eta 30-60 minutes along with name and a photo of the technician, Anthony Prosper. Anthony and another technician arrived within 30 minutes, professional, courteous, friendly, polite and clean. Wore booties over shoes prior to entering the house. Laid down drop cloth and cleaned up after. Prior to leaving, Anthony took the time to showed some photos and explained the work that was done. Highly recommend! Will definitely continue to use these guys for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. Thank you.
