Celebrated my son’s 6th birthday. The host was amazing and the kids were really comfortable with him even my shy ones who doesn’t talk to anyone. Very attentive with the kids and also had a lot of fun with them. Would definitely recommend having your kids parties there!!
I brought my little 4 year old Grandson here to burn off a little energy on a very rainy day, and he just loves it here at Bounce, its so much fun for him and for me to watch. So many trampolines for the smaller kids to bounce on plus the huge pits they can run and jump into with getting hurt, plus a great indoor obstacle course for kids to practice on for older kids. Its a great place for all ages, but my only issue I have with Bounce at Burleigh is having to go up all those stairs to buy the tickets, I am a senior with not good knees or ankles so getting up and down those steep stairs are a real issue for me and others with mobility issues and thete is no lift. I don't understand why we can't buy the tickets downstairs also. I understand the food and drink part is up on the mezzanine floor, so I guess to save paying for extra staff to sell tickets down stairs, they have to sell the tickets up there where the food is, but you guys need to understand it is a problem for those people who have mobility issues who just want to watch our kids or grand kids play but we still need to buy tickets for them. Plus the paid lockers down stairs wouldn't work either, tried many times and would not work, so had to carry all our stuff around. It usually is great for parking but note to self that never bring my Grandkids here at school knock off time, as parking is horrendous, as many parents use the Bounce car park just to collect their kids from school only, but I will know for next time. But anyway, I still love bringing my Grand kids here and watch the enjoyment they get from Bounce
We had an awesome experience hosting a hassle-free birthday party here. Everything was so well arranged - it all ran smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. We celebrated our 8-year-old’s birthday, and the kids had an absolute blast. There were plenty of fun equipment and activities to keep them engaged the whole time. Our party host, Josh, was fantastic - friendly, organised, and incredibly patient with the kids. He made sure everyone was having fun and that everything went smoothly.
It used to be a great place to visit a year ago. Now the toilets aren’t cleaned and have farm smell all the time, water fountains have no chilled water, the soap is never being filled back. Most importantly, it’s an exercising environment for everyone and they turn off the aircon. It feels like a furnace in there. And they have also remove the connections from the fans. It used to be a good place but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone now. Photos of the fan attached with 35 degrees inside and neither the fan nor the aircon working.
This was our first time and overall a good experience. We booked a two hour session from 11am to 1pm and the kids had a great time, they were able to enjoy all the areas with no problems. When we arrived, it must have been a busy period (Birthdays) as there were no car parks and we ended up parking in the street, once we got our wrist bands and entered (friendly staff and the process was smoth) we noticed it was really packed with no seating at all and with larger families like ours (4 kids) this was a challenge. One thing to mention, make sure anyone who is going in wears shoes as one area you need to wear shoes, so don’t come with thongs on otherwise you cannot enter I only have 2 Negatives: 1. Lack of seating, quiet sessions you will be fine, busy sessions you might have an issue. 2. Cleanliness of both male and female toilets. The male toilet floor was really wet for some reason and my wife said the same about the female bathroom and she is a cleaner at a hospital and said it was really bad, hopefully throughout the day, someone goes in and gives them a quick once over. All in all a good experience, kids will love it and burn any excess energy they have, we will be back for sure!
