My home is on a fairly large lot with 20+ mature trees. Over the past two decades, Boutte Tree is the only tree company I have ever allowed to do work on my property - whether that be taking down trees, pruning the canopy, performing risk assessments, planting trees, etc. And the reason is because tree work is inherently risky especially when you have huge trees like I do, but I totally trust the owners, Tierson and Jessa, and know that should anything go wrong, they will absolutely make it right no questions asked. They are solid folks and leaders in the industry when it comes to tree safety and tree removal technology. I also truly believe they care about their customers and want to do the right thing whether it lands them the job or not. For me, dealing with a company that exhibits the highest level of integrity is priceless and I will continue to use Boutte for my tree needs.

Curtis, Christian and Sal did an amazing job shaping up the large tree in our front yard! We were afraid of some of the old limbs poking into our house (this happened in the past and caused leaks) or even falling on the house! Their work was efficient, collaborative and just down right beautiful! No debri or anything left behind, took less than a few hours, and they were extremely polite. We not only have more sunlight around the house now, but feel safer in our home thanks to the team! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! Destiny from the main office was also a pleasure to coordinate with making this all around an amazing experience.

The best end-result and customer service I have ever received from a tree care service. This was a particularly difficult job, as the tree was 7 feet away from the house and a couple feet from the walkway and railing. Not a scratch, and the clean up was thorough. The employees on the job were numerous and discussed the process and change of plans in order to minimize damage to other trees and property. Very friendly and professional.

There are lots of good reviews about this company and they do very good work. However, a word of caution in the event you need an emergency tree removal. The price goes WAY WAY up and in my opinion, to overreach levels. Additionally, while capable of providing a quote, they won’t. My “guess” is because you’ll get sticker shock and move on to the next company. It was 100% our fault for signing a contract without an estimate. I take full responsibility and regret dealing with Pearce. It’s a high pressure sales situation when a tree is on your house. Salesman Pearce took full advantage of this. He kept assuring us the insurance company would cover the tab (which they paid most of), but would not give us a price. Personally, I think he took advantage of us in a venerable state…and took advantage of our insurance company. One large tree, needing their smaller crane, 4 workers and 11 hours of work (done in one day) was $14,000. That’s nearly $1,300/hr. Additionally, they spent a good bit of time setting up the crane, which they were having difficulty with…not sure I should have to pay full rate for that. So while they are a reputable company and do good work, I am disappointed how things were communicated and handled financially.
