First of all, I’d like to address the terrible customer service I received at this location. The girl at the front desk was extremely inattentive and told me I had to wait. I waited 10 minutes to be helped because she was training a new employee. If you’re training new staff, there should be additional personnel available to assist paying customers during that process. Second, the bowling lanes were in terrible condition. They clearly need to be replaced or at least properly maintained. I had to wait 15 minutes while they tried to repair my lane, and only after that was I moved to another one. Third, when I went to pay for the food, a staff member named Nessa refused to give me a receipt, claiming that the account had already been closed. I honestly have no idea what that means — and frankly, it’s unacceptable. This kind of excuse only reflects poor service and negligent staff. This was truly a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I have no intention of coming back to this location with my friends.

The food was pretty expensive and the bowling score thing was the old ones they use, not the newer easier screen type 😅. It was fun and the staff were really nice! Just not the BEST bowling alley.

Tayneka at the front desk made it such a wholesome experience for my party. It was an absolute pleasure having her deal with our group. Will definitely be back because of her. Mgr oldania made the experience 10 outta 10 as well ensuring my group was taken care of from start to finish. 100% will return because of them. Amazing experience

We recently hosted a birthday party at Bowlero, and overall, it was an amazing experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, Karen was exceptionally helpful. She took the time to personally walk us to our party area and consistently checked in on us throughout the event, which we really appreciated. However, the standout employee was our hostess/server, Arminda. Her level of customer service was truly beyond our expectations. She paid meticulous attention to every detail and was willing to help with anything we needed, ensuring the party ran smoothly. She is a stellar employee and a 10 out of 10 in our book—Bowlero is lucky to have her. While the employees and the event were wonderful, we did experience a couple of snags that affected the experience. The laser tag was a bit disorganized; the gentleman assisting seemed lost, and we discovered there were only 12 vests available for the 14 children we had purchased tickets for. There was also a miscommunication about the two rounds we had bought, which led to the children missing the second round. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. The temperature in the bowling alley was absurdly hot and made our guests extremely uncomfortable. Despite complaining a few times, it was clear the employees could not fix the issue. It's concerning that such a lovely establishment has an ongoing AC problem, as the heat was also an issue when I visited the week prior. This is something Bowlero should seriously look into, especially with the number of people who were there. Despite these issues, the staff and event itself made for an amazing experience. If the air conditioning were fixed, we would absolutely do it again.

Tonight we celebrated my amazing team! And Dylan and the manager treated us so well! Dylan was quick to get our orders all night and his customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this venue and Dylan for company events or even a quick night out!
