We had a blast! 1st time at this location. Booked reservation online, was super convenient! Everyone was so kind and professional from check-in till the end. Our Waitress was a gem! We will definitely return!
First time here and came in to play some arcade games which were so fun and then we got checked in for our reservation and Staff was excellent and the food was amazing. Such a great place for date night! Ask for Lala when you come in, she was AMAZING and she will make sure you have everything you’ll need
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience at Bowlero Willowbrook, TX! This was our first time ever going bowling as a family, and we decided to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Bowlero Willowbrook. From the moment we walked in, Manager Jax, Savi at the front desk and Sam our cook went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Jax & Savi greeted us warmly at the front desk, and she had the sweetest surprise waiting — a personalized birthday sign with my daughter’s name spelled out! It was such a thoughtful touch that instantly made my daughter and I feel celebrated and welcomed. Throughout the day, Jax was incredibly attentive and kind. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed — from food and drinks to making sure we were having fun. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the entire atmosphere was full of laughter and positive energy. What really stood out was how genuine and caring the staff were. You could tell they truly enjoy what they do and take pride in creating memorable moments for their guests. My whole family had an amazing time, and my daughter said it was her best birthday ever — all thanks to Jax , Savi and Sam’s wonderful hospitality. If you’re planning a family outing, birthday, or just a fun day of bowling, I highly recommend Bowlero Willowbrook. I haven't been here since they revamped the place and changed the name. I kind of miss the old place. It's true, this place is more updated and modern. they have all you can bowl on Friday and Saturday night from 9 to 1 AM for like $23 plus you have to buy your shoes. I bought one alcoholic drink that was damn near $20 after the tip, so the bowling is a bargain The lane was not perfect. It would give us strikes when we had two pins standing up. There's not enough balls for everybody. You have to go grab them off of their lanes if you don't have what you need. They don't enforce the rules very well here. The lady next to me was bowling in sandals. They also let kids run out everywhere in the bowling area. They play music, but you can hardly hear it when you're bowling. It's like the levels are off and I need to turn the bass down. it's a bowling alley, not a Cadillac. The thing I hated the most was, they took the big seats away that you sit in that are at your lane. They put these big tables in its place, but not every lane has a table near the bowling lane. Some are up in the walkway. also, if you use the lane service to order a drink. It only goes up to number 20 in the app. So if you're in lane #27, you can't order from lane service. It's kind of stupid.
We had such an amazing and fun time at Bowlero Willowbrook! The event we hosted there was a total success — the atmosphere was lively, the lanes were clean, and the vibe was perfect for a great time. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Everyone had a blast, and we’re already talking about coming back for our next gathering. Highly recommend Bowlero Willowbrook for your next event or just a fun night out! 🎳👏
