Customer service is always great. Place could use a good remodel, bathrooms need extreme disinfecting. Buuut it’s always a good game, lane 8 3/4 of the way in has a slight raise of the metal next to the wood so that the ball don’t go into the gutter, I always get gutter to the left so I made some points I would never score lol

Sitting outside of a closed bowling alley at 10:08 that's supposed to open at 10:00 a.m. Can be a bit frustrating especially when you're on a schedule.

Very appreciative of all the staff and the adaptive considerations that the management and staff are willing to make to allow somebody with a severe physical challenge bowl with less difficulty even with ramps that can't be modified easily. Ron, the manager went out of his way to tweak the adaptive equipment to better suit our needs and several other individuals that we thought would benefit from the modifications that Ron and the other staff member of Dimond bowling alley discussed with us. We look forward to coming back.

Every freaking time I go bowl, there always seems to be a problem with something. They really need to refurbish the whole place. I will not be setting foot in that place again. Good place but really outdated.

Curve balls are basically impossible here. Straights curve at end of the lane for some reason and it’s not an enjoyable experience. Fix your lanes!!!
