If you are smart do not go to this lending company. One of the most corrupt organizations, I ever dealt with. I get a 300.00 penalty because they could not take the full payment on what I owed them. When they send an appraiser out, they work for the company and appraised an home 6 years old more then what you originally payed for it. They’re rude, unfriendly, and the worst company to deal with. If you have any sense don’t put your trust and money into this lending company!!!!
