We hosted our office Christmas party here in the Chalkboard Room and had an awesome experience. The space was super accommodating, exceptionally clean, and perfect for a group event. The staff made everything easy from start to finish, and our entire team had a great time. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it for private events or team gatherings.
We went there on a Friday night, and it was dead! But we still love the same atmosphere and live music as they have always had. I am not sure what happened here because it used to always be hopping with food trucks, axe throwing, and live music. Seriously, though, what happened here? I have given it 4 stars because it still has the same atmosphere...just missing all of the people!
Great venue! We had a group of 11. They have long tables inside able to fit big groups and also smaller tables. One side of the brewery is beer and the other side is wine. The ceilings are tall and the decor is true Texas! We went on a Saturday. There was a live one man band. He was really good! I was surprised the Chardonnay wine was so good. I usually don’t care for Chardonnay. It was clean and buttery. I tried a couple of the light beers. Both were very good. We all enjoyed our day at the brewery. The weather was spotty all day with rain, so we could not spend any time outside (plus it was too hot), but the outdoor area is calling me back. There no lack of seating at this place; indoor or outdoor! The service was great and the energy was relaxed. There was a food truck on-site, but I’m not sure what they serve. Will be back (and maybe try that food truck)!
Definitely a relaxed atmosphere. The wine was enjoyable. Only downside was if you went to the brewery side you have to use your card again since the wine and beer are charged separately. Other than that, the inside was set up with couches and large tables for big groups and events. The outside has seating both covered and open to the weather.
Contrary to the rumors, this place never closed their doors and permanently closed. This is a pretty well laid out area of air conditioning indoors, well furnished interior that is reminiscent of an infamous steakhouse, complete with ample seating. Outside, there is a large open cement patio area that has plenty of seating to watch live music, drink a brew or enjoy a glass of wine. I heard there were usually food trucks at this location. It's a pretty spacious place to check out and it's close to four other great breweries, so Funday Sunday or Saturdays are waiting for you.
