0 stars would be more appropriate. My wife and I own a company recognized worldwide and never needed advertising until now. We decided to invest due to significant business model changes. While this company has nice people and good intentions, they became ill-equipped to fulfill our contract. Meetings felt repetitive, as if prior discussions had not occurred. Promises of correction were made, but I was unexpectedly billed "Thousands" for meetings meant to realign us, violating the original contract terms. The contract stated additional billing needed mutual agreement, which didn't happen. Before this billing, I'd given them 5k for ads we were creating in-house. After the billing issues, I walked away. Instead of discussing the actual work completed, they retained our ad money, offering only a small refund, effectively charging for those meetings. Most contract elements were incomplete or undone. Our 30k+ investment was wasted, causing further losses due to necessary rework and renewed contracts over 20k that Brandit promised to eliminate. What they couldn't finish in 8 months was done in 4 days internally. This company disregarded our investment and brand. We recognize one individual who worked on our website made a strong effort and isn't held accountable for the company's failures. Operating outside contract terms while retaining owed money demands accountability. This is my first negative review, but it's crucial to warn others: we do not recommend this company and here's why. A comprehensive video review will be provided shortly and I will update this with the link. UPDATE 4.14.25 Regarding Brandit's reply... The words below are as empty as the promises they make. The integrity move was to not wrongfully withhold my money after dishonestly billing me. They admitted that it was wrong. They wrote in an email "You’re right you should have received change orders each time, but it seemed implied..." Implied that I should spend thousands more because your company couldn't get it together. Absolutely Shameful. UPDATE 7.13.25 Still has our money. Still shameful. UPDATE 10.30.25 Still has our money. Still shameful.

It has been a pleasure working with Dan and his team from Brand It! After struggling with a few "OTHER "marketing firms we felt like we weren't being recognized for our businesses potential and that we weren't being properly taken care of. Another business owner in Spokane tipped us off to Brand It. We were skeptical but desperate to find a firm that "GOT" us. Dan from Brand It called immediately and came and met with me the very next day after I made an online inquiry! He is obviously a very busy professional man, but he MADE the time to sit down with us and learn about our unique business! This meant a lot to us, as our website and overall strategies were not in great shape. Dan GOT us! He made a list of most important things to do first and got started right away... We are a few months into our business relations now and I can say that this is an incredible firm! If your business is in any way SPECIAL they will figure out how to use that to get you the right recognition. I have a lot of creativity, but I don't need to exercise it a lot because they are so on the ball with everything they do.I appreciate that they understand how I want our marketing to be and that they are able to inform me about important decisions. WE were very skeptical going into the business with them because we had been burned by previous agencies that made promises and didn't deliver, were hard to get a hold of and quite frankly didn't do their jobs well... Our experience with Brand IT was nothing like our other experiences. To date we have not regretted any of our investments, Dan is great at suggestion what you DO need and informing you about what you DON'T need. Another reason we love them is that they do everything from web design to advertising and even PR...A rare team of creative and responsive professionals that actually seem to love what they do! Since they are so personalized in their approach to marketing I would honestly recommend contacting them with any needs. Thank you Brand IT!
