I think I found my perfect gym and routine. I just moved from California back to the east and I’ve missed the “get it done” atmosphere. Not too crowded and very welcoming. Everyone shows up to work! Instructors are cool people who will work with you, push you, but also know their audience. The music is always motivating and helps to keep the pace of the class. Best way to get my morning started. I wish we had more classes with Veronica!
I’ve been coming here since May and it’s been the best investment I made all year. I’m really happy to have a gym like this in the neighborhood! Highly recommend joining if you need a community.
I can honestly say that joining Brick City Strength has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the clean, welcoming atmosphere. The gym is spacious, well-organized, and never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours. Coach Jerry (owner) truly goes above and beyond. He is friendly and always ready to assist. He is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive but fun and funny. He takes the time to get to know your fitness goals and provide personalized advice, which I really appreciate. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength and stamina thanks to his expert guidance. I normally come to the gym on days I work, but now have found myself coming in on days I don’t at 6 am, at that. Something is right about the gym and the folks that work there. What I love most is the variety of work out he provides. Whether you’re into high-intensity interval training (HIIT), or strength training, there’s something for everyone. The gym’s atmosphere is friendly and non-intimidating, which has helped me feel confident and comfortable every time I work out. There’s a real sense of community here, which I find so motivating and inspiring. Everyone says, hello and encourages each other. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Brick City Strength has everything you need to reach your goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit, stay healthy, and be part of a community.
Brick City Strength has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. This gym is exceptional at teaching all aspects of fitness and mobility, making it an ideal place for anyone looking to reach their fitness and/or weight loss goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring that you receive the guidance you need at every level. One of the highlights for me was the way they made space for my teenage son to learn the fundamentals of strength training and body conditioning. The coaches are patient and skilled at working with young athletes, providing a safe and encouraging environment for them to develop their skills. Personally, I was thrilled to get involved in my first ever CrossFit competition, something I never thought I would do. The community at this gym is motivating and welcoming, pushing you to achieve more than you ever thought possible. Overall, this gym is a fantastic place for anyone serious about improving their fitness and mobility. After a year of consistency, I am in the best shape I’ve ever been! I would recommend it a million times over!
This gym has a phenomenal atmosphere; from the setting, cleanliness , trainers, and so much more. I've been training with Jerry for almost 4 months and my results are beyond what I even saw for myself. He allows you to go at your own pace while pushing you to never quit on yourself. 10/10 I definitely recommend! Beyond the just the gym, he also trains you for life.
