I had the absolute best experience at Bridal & Tuxedo Galleria with Kayla and Navid!!!!!! They took so much time, patience and care to find me the most perfect dress!!!! Kayla walked me through every step and took time to discuss all my alterations and modifications that I want. The designer, Navid, drove down to the store himself and helped me discuss and find the best modifications for my skin tone, hair, style and preference! I couldn’t have had a better experience. They made my dream come true!! This is the first dress that made me feel like a truly beautiful bride. Thank you so much!
Very amazing store with such beautiful lovely dresses!! I came to support my sister to find her perfect dress for her wedding! Kayla was super helpful and friendly and gave amazing customer service to help my sister find her “I do” dress!! Highly recommend coming here if you are in search of a wedding dress or tuxedo and they also have cake services and others too!!
I walked into this shop today with some friends, hoping to narrow down what I liked and didn’t like. No plan to buy a dress, but just enjoy the experience and start my dress search. Little did I know that Kayla, my consultant, would be so amazing and that their designer, Navid, would be in the shop! Navid pulled some beautiful gowns from his collection for me to try and I fell in love!! The team at bridal and tuxedo galleria were so attentive, listened to everything I said I wanted in a dress, and helped me find the most beautiful designer gown in my budget for my special day!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Bridal & Tuxedo didn’t just sell me a dress — they saved my wedding. Just days before my big day, I was left without two of my wedding gowns after six long, painful months of being strung along by another bridal store. I was devastated — my wedding was only a week away, and I felt completely hopeless. But God had a plan. On that Saturday — just six days before my wedding — I walked into Bridal & Tuxedo, and by divine timing, Navid, the designer himself, happened to be there. The moment he heard my story, he and his incredible team — Mercedes, Kayla, and Graciela — immediately stepped in with compassion and purpose. Navid offered me one of his own breathtaking custom designs, and the moment I saw it, I knew it was the one. It was the most beautiful gown I had ever tried on (and I had tried on hundreds!). His team worked tirelessly, completing every alteration — hemming, bustle, sleeves — at no charge, and had it ready in three days. Two days before my wedding, I finally slipped into the gown of my dreams. The moment I saw myself in the mirror, I cried — not out of stress or exhaustion, but because I felt like a bride again. Confident. Radiant. Loved. Their kindness, generosity, and professionalism went far beyond anything I could have imagined. It wasn’t just exceptional service — it was grace in action. I’ll share more about the painful experience I went through at the other store later, but today I want to celebrate this team — the people who turned heartbreak into hope, and who reminded me that good people and miracles still exist. Bridal & Tuxedo truly made the impossible possible, and I will forever be grateful to them for transforming what could have been a nightmare into a fairytale. 💕
Hands down the best bridal shop in San Diego! My Dream Dress is Home! I give Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria five million stars if I could! After visiting over five different local bridal boutiques in San Diego, this shop was, without question, the best experience I had in Southern California. The moment I walked in for my princess appointment, I felt the difference, it was personal, professional, and absolutely magical. I was lucky enough to work directly with Navid, the owner and designer, who helped me personally navigate their incredible selection of designer wedding dresses and couture bridal gowns. He has an eye for detail and understood my vision better than I did! Thanks to Navid, I found my absolute dream couture wedding dress and happily said yes right there. The service extends far beyond the dress, which is a huge plus! Since Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria is under the same management as Gown and Glaze, I was able to bundle my wedding dress and custom wedding cake and received a fantastic discount. Not only did they save me money, but the team even helped Gown and Glaze design the custom wedding cake to perfectly match the details of my dress. The wedding dress alteration process was amazing. The seamstresses team at the Galleria is professional, meticulous, and handled all my dress fittings and custom sizing requests flawlessly. My final fit was flawless. From the first consultation to the final fit, my entire journey at Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria was memorable and stress-free.
