This is one of the best gyms I've been to and the most enthusiastic my son has ever been while exercising. The coaches were so good with my kid patient while he was learning and hard when he wanted to quit The atmosphere is healthy and very friendly my son was quickly taken under the wing of some of the more experienced students. The gym also offers transportation giving Porttsmouth parents even more flexibility.

The overall experience my boys had yesterday was Amazing. My youngest was determined he wasn't gonna do the boxing class, but after he worked with Coach K my baby completely changed his mind. When I arrived back to pick my kid's up my baby boy told me he needed his own hand wraps, gloves and head gear. I had to ask what did they do to my son who just an hour or so prior said that he was not doing any boxing? This is a friendly and fun environment that offers a variety of different styles of martial arts as well as alot of other classes for kids, women, and men. The coaching staff here definitely have love and passion for working with children as well as adults. I was so impressed with everything I saw yesterday that I'm getting a membership for myself as well as for my kids. I had to bring my little cousin and my daughter with me today. If your looking for a place for the whole family to be able to attend then you need to look no further...cause this is the spot. They can get a 5 star 🌟 ratings from me. Thank you all for embracing me and my family. We look forward to working together with you all for a long time.
I'm so excited for Brikhouse Boxing & Fitness! They just opened up in Portsmouth and provide affordable instruction to the community. A lot of boxing and martial arts gyms are pretty expensive, but I think what makes Coach Brik and team different is they really are about the community and city of Portsmouth. They care about the kids and adults they teach and really want to ensure their success in the ring and outside of the ring! Thanks Coach for providing this incredible facility for the community!
