My boyfriend and made an appointment to look at engagement rings to see what we like and don’t like and to get an idea on price. They had many options and showed as much as you wanted to see. She went through everything we’d need to know about buying a diamond and getting rings. They were very sweet and welcoming while we were there and also not pushy at all (which I am big on). They made us feel comfortable with speaking up about what we liked and didn’t like and helped us make a lot of progress in deciding how to go about buying rings! I’d recommend stopping in there to anybody.
I had an appointment with Damon to just browse rings and see what my interests were, and brought my sister along for support. I went in completely open to most styles but ended up surprising myself with what I selected and I loved it! Damon got to know me quickly and picked up on my interests after a couple ring samples. He included my sister in my appointment and let her try things on, which really meant a lot to the both of us. Damon was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in making decisions and I'm so thankful for his expertise. I appreciate that BE did not push for a sale and said they would be waiting until the time was right to share my preferences. This was my first jeweler experience but Brilliant Earth has set the bar high!

She was so knowledgeable and understanding of my ignorance (I had no clue what I was doing with wedding rings) and immensely helped us through the process. Shawtay was incredibly helpful, and I had my real life ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ moment while looking at engagement rings with my boyfriend. I’ve bought several pieces of jewelry from this store both in person and through their website. I’m constantly impressed by how much I can get for my money and the huge selection of gemstones from which I can choose to customize a piece. I’ve bought a diamond solitaire necklace that I customized and a sapphire ring. The sapphire is a Montana bi-color and it is the coolest gemstone I have ever seen. It presents as at least three different colors depending on the angle and lighting. It is mesmerizing and completely unique. I’m consistently impressed with the customer service. When I buy on the website I always pick up in the store and the salespeople are friendly and helpful. I always recommend brilliant earth to friends and family! I really appreciate lab created diamonds both for the value and the ethical peace.
