We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brilliant Earth in the Denver showroom, all thanks to Chelsea N. From the very beginning, when we visited the showroom in person, Chelsea was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the entire process feel exciting and personal, taking the time to answer our questions and help us feel confident in such an important decision. Unfortunately, our experience took an unexpected turn when our original ring was lost in FedEx shipping. What could have been a nightmare experience was completely transformed by Chelsea’s support. Over the course of more than a month of back-and-forth emails, she was consistently responsive, proactive, and transparent. She helped me select a new diamond for the replacement ring and kept us updated at every step, answering questions quickly and offering reassurance when we really needed it. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the replacement process, ensuring that we not only received our dream ring, but that it arrived on time for an important trip and proposal. Her communication, care, and dedication made all the difference, and she is truly a fantastic reflection of the Brilliant Earth team and values. My only concern in this entire experience was the FedEx shipping process itself; however, Brilliant Earth’s customer care—especially Chelsea’s—was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for Chelsea and highly recommend the Denver showroom to anyone looking for a thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely positive experience.
We had purchased an engagement ring online but weren’t sure how to match bands. Kara Cruz was our associate and she did an amazing job showing us all the options and swapping rings around until we found the perfect set! We also found my fiancés wedding band—an added bonus! I visited a couple other jewelers and researched online for a couple months before I picked Brilliant Earth and its team in Cherry Creek. I feel like it being selective and even visiting other stores made me appreciate them even more as they were honest and knowledgeable. She loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
My fiance and I got our engagement ring here about a year ago and had a wonderful experience! My ring is beautiful! I knew I wanted a matching ring from Brilliant Earth for a wedding band, but my fiance was unsure what he would like. We went back for an appointment with Kara to try things out and see what he might like. She was so helpful in listening carefully to what he liked and didn't like and helping him decide what would make him feel the most comfortable! He ended up with a great ring! She also presented a couple of other options for me to choose from - although I went with the original ring I wanted, but I appreciate her being able to suggest things that I might also love! She was a great help in picking our bands and helping us order them! If we are looking for other fine jewelry in the future, I know this is where we'll go!
Brilliant Earth is a great choice if you are looking for unique and timeless jewelry pieces. My partner and I didn't have an appointment, but we really appreciated that they welcomed us to the walk-in showroom. The attention was exceptional and Jessika was incredibly kind and really interested in us by introducing the brand to us and their beautiful jewelry, and answering all our questions. We are really excited to continue our process to find the best pieces for our engagement.
