*EDIT* I have since reported this to scamwatch, QCAT small claims and brisbane OFT, would recommend you to do the same if you had a similar experience. We'll see if its the "wrong business" then Mr Aykut Kalmaz Beware as its more of a independent fixer rather than an actual repair business. Asked to fix my Laptop screen for $300, worked for a week but stopped working after that. I didnt even take my laptop out anytime that week and only used it for my work at home. Tried to contact him due to the faulty laptop repair and he told me he's overseas and didnt even offer a refund or a repair. After the repair my laptop seem to have gaps in between the screen and the laptop casing too, looks like he just forced it open and did it in less than 15mins.
I've had 2 laptops repaired here now, one needed a new screen and the other a palmrest assembly because of the usual Dell disease of their hinges falling to pieces. Both times the communication was excellent, kept me informed the whole time on parts and same day fix on my daily-driver laptop. Strongly recommended.
Be aware international students. I got my MAC given to this store to fix, they said they couldn’t fix it but charged me 70$ saying they are put their time and effort and resources . I urge you all to go to a a valid store where expert are there who can save their time and resources and who can save your money as well. Otherwise you will end up not being able to fix your Mac or paying extra 70$ and wasting your time travelling back and forth. Kindness saves!!!!
What a wonderful guy he helped me over the phone to fix my PC he gave me step by step instructions to find out what the issue is. I would %100 recommend to go to Brisbane Computer Fix this guy is a wizard 😂
What a decent man. Had an issue with an external hard disk and brought it to him for help. He gave me free advice when he found out what was the issue. Recommended what type of disks, how to fix it myself and if I had any issues to come back to him. Thanks!
