Fantastic, local bakery and coffee shop. The scratch churro cinnamon buns are delish and the eclairs are to die for. They also serve Monomyth coffee. Beautiful and quaint environment; great for studying or reading a book. 10/10 will absolutely be back. Happy they are a part of the Tech Terrace neighborhood!
If you are looking for great food and a nice spot to work/study then this is the SPOT! The food and the service here has been peak. You can tell that every baker puts their heart into what they are doing because everything tastes fresh and is super delicious! One of my favorite things to get are the Mexican Wedding Cookies because it reminds me of when my grandma used to make them back when I was a kid :) The atmosphere is really nice and every person that I've interacted with has been very welcoming. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bakery that feels local and special.
The place itself is really cute and has a nice vibe, but I felt the food was a bit lacking. The prices are on the higher side, which I would not have minded if the flavor matched, but it did not quite deliver for me. The menu is also fairly limited with not much variety. Both items I tried were nicely presented. The croissant was good, flaky, and fluffy, clearly made well, but it did not have much flavor so it did not really excite me. Still, it was decent overall. The kolache, on the other hand, was not my favorite. I thought the sausage was overly salty and the bread did not bring much flavor to balance it out. I came with my roommate and she really enjoyed her chocolate croissant. She agreed the kolache was not great but said she would definitely come back. For me, while it was okay, I probably would not return. Still, everyone has different tastes so it might be worth checking out for yourself.
My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place. We have went two days in a row now and anytime I come up here to visit we go back! We love that the menu changes frequently and you never really know what you’re gonna get when you walk in there. They usually have anywhere from 10 to 15 items from kolaches to scones and cookies.I have not had a bad thing from this place and I would encourage my friends to come back here.
Wow! 1 kolache is all it took for me to leave a 5 star review here! Best kolache ever! Sausage was on point and the bread was so good and fresh. They have a rosemary garlic focaccia on display that looks delicious but is special order and I’m just passing by. This store would be 10 stars with an espresso machine, that’s all is missing. Black coffee was good but a latte with the churro bun would’ve been absolutely perfection! MUST VISIT!
