Mike was so helpful in making sure my long distance request was perfect for my step mom's 80th birthday. What I ordered through Teleflora's website was not what I expected and Mike made it right. In the future, I will order directly from Broadview and bypass Teleflora. So those 5 stars are for Mike and Broadview and no stars for Teleflora!
I ordered a congratulations balloon for my daughter's recent promotion and what I thought was going to be a beautiful full bouquet. Instead she received a half deflated "thanks for all you do balloon" and an extremely small bouquet. I wish I could give no stars! The business accepts the orders and provides unsatisfactory products and tries to blame the website taking the orders.
Lovely company to order flowers from! My order was taken with care and delivered within a few hours. The arrangement was over the top perfect. Mike and his staff definitely want to impress.
So very disappointed !! Ordered Busy Bee Pitcher, because of the pitcher used as the base. Flowers received nothing like the photo. If they didn’t know what flowers and vase to use they should have looked it up on web page. Would never recommend this florist, when I called, they didn’t apologize or acknowledge any problem.
We hired Broadview Florist to do our wedding flowers. We had a micro-wedding but wanted flowers that would stand out. Annette and their crew did an AMAZING job! They made the wedding florals of our dreams! Annette was very attentive and made sure to check with us on a lot of the design decisions. But we trusted her creative process, focusing on the color palette we wanted and the few flowers we didn’t like. The biggest thing was we wanted texture and some different kinds of florals to give it a fall, garden vibe. They knocked it out of the park! There were all these interesting flowers like blue thistle and some I didn’t know the names of. We loved it all! Everyone commented about how beautiful the flowers were too. The wedding florals were reasonably priced for the quality and time spent on our small order. We also wanted to do bud vases and they were very honest about it being more affordable to get some from Trader Joe’s for the simple reception look we wanted. Highly recommend Broadview Florist for your wedding flowers.
