They were fantastic with our adopted dog, who is slowly overcoming shyness and anxiety. This was his first ever grooming session. When we dropped him off he was shaking all over, but when we picked him up his tail was wagging. It was like one of those makeover shows, they made him look so clean and polished! Brooke and Jessica truly are amazing at what they do, we will be bringing our dog here regularly, and if you’re reading reviews wondering if you should go here - yes, yes you should.
Safe to say my 17 week old baby boy is pampered and rested after a great day at the groomers. His first groom and I was so pleased with the treatment this guy got. I know after going here he will start to love grooming before his first birthday ! I wouldn’t recommend any other groomers more than this location. The girls are sweet caring and doing God’s work with our four legged land sharks.
We just had our first appointment with Brooke and I want to express how happy we are. Not only did she do the nicest grooming job on my Toller but she made him confident again with his grooming again. We havent had the best grooming experience with past groomers; My toller was starting major anxiety just seeing the former front door. Our experience with Brooke was relaxing from A-Z. We were greeted by her resident dog Bryer who is extremely calm and confident - He set the vibe right off the batt. We got updates throughout his appointment and he had zero anxiety and full trust in Brooke. We are now forever loyal customers and we highly recommend Brooke for all the Toller community 🧡
We brought our dog Pepe to Brooke’s Dog Grooming for his first ever groom and Joling did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered it perfectly. Pepe can be nervous with blow dryers and doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed, but Joling was so patient and gentle with him, taking her time to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. We’re extremely happy with how he looks and so relieved to have found a wonderful groomer we can trust for Pepe!
I brought my foster dog here after Brooke and her team generously gifted her a free grooming. This sweet pup had just driven all the way from a shelter in Kentucky and was covered in matted fur, dirt, and...other stinky contributors. The team at Brooke's Dog Grooming had her walking out of that place with the softest, cleanest, and most well trimmed coat in just about two hours. We are so beyond appreciative of Brooke's generous gift and we made sure to tell everyone who commented on her soft fur in the days following, exactly where she got all gussied up. Brooke also very kindly gifted her a toy that she developed a deep affection for during the grooming. Thank you again!!!
