We have been with Enviroguard and decided to try Brookes Pest Solutions to see if they offered better service or pricing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Over a six-month billing cycle, Brookes only came out twice, which was extremely disappointing. The service felt minimal, inconsistent, and not worth what we paid. Overall, the quality and reliability just weren’t there. Enviroguard, on the other hand, provides far better service. They come every other month, respond when issues come up between visits, and are much more thorough. The difference in service is very noticeabl
This company is an absolute joke and thieves. We signed up for an 8 month contract in April on a special their salesman showed us. Turns out, everything the kid said we were signing up for was not the case. Now they are saying we are in a 24 month contract that we need to pay to cancel. Their mosquito service is a joke and does not work. The moment they put their stupid buckets out we had sooo many mosquitos. After two urgent care visits for my daughter who is allergic and calling and emailing every month and from May to August they finally removed the buckets. Their contracts state cancellations need to be a written request but after you email they want you to call to speak to an account manager. Every phone call and email is a different person that has no idea what is going on. I have requested multiple times for someone who has reviewed my account and emails to contact me and it is a constant run around of please call and talk to an account manager to cancel. This is the absolute worst company.
Jhamar is always so helpful and informative. He will answer any and all questions I have, explain what he’s doing and how the product works. He’s efficient when he sprays, takes his time making sure he gets good coverage. I know when he does the job I won’t have any bug problems!
Seth and Frankie , those two guys were great. Professional and they completed their work as you might want young men to do it. No corners cut , informative and both of these men were good to educate me to help myself between visits. I think felt a sense of pride in regards to how my fellow Lubbockites treat each other with goodness and care. It wasn’t fake, it was genuine customer care. The kind that gives you faith in ur fellow guy again. Really the conversation was professional yet like the way youd have it from family. Outstanding
Seth is excellent—thorough, professional, and always a pleasure to have out! We noticed an increase in spiders last month and reached out to Brooks. They promptly sent Seth for an off-cycle visit, and he took care of everything. Since then, everything has been great. We really appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail!
