I had my first ever massage here. During my massage, the provider regularly texted on her phone. At times she used only one hand while the other was clicking on her phone texting, which disrupted the experience. I brushed it off at the time, but after receiving massages elsewhere, I realized how unprofessional this was and that the service did not match what I paid for. I regret not speaking up earlier but hopefully this will be addressed with your providers!
Ashley is pure power and flow. I have experienced her strength on the gym floor and her sacred touch on the massage table. After our session today, I felt deeply connected to my body, grounded, safe, and alive, and had one of my best workouts yet.
The salon offers several types of massage, including how the client can "customize" their massage, according to their needs. My experience with the salon has been nothing short of excellent. Elizabeth knows exactly what I need worked on and hits it to a T. I left feeling as relaxed as a wet noodle, which definitely was much more comfortable than how I was feeling before I saw her!!
I had a prenatal massage with Mia and it was absolutely incredible!! It was my first time visiting Brookstown wellness and I absolutely loved the calmness and simplicity of the space. It was very clean and parking was a breeze- my my license plate was validated at the spa so I didn’t have to pay. My massage was incredible. 100/10- Mia was communicative at the right times and gave me a wonderful massage with the perfect pressure and hitting all the spots I didn’t even know I needed. I will definitely be back for more massages during my pregnancy with special pregnancy pillow support and bought a giftcard for my husband because it was that good. Get a massage here- you wont be disappointed!
I have now seen Maya twice and she is top notch. I have had numerous deep tissue massages over the years and she does a fantastic job. Asked good questions, listens and works on the trouble spots and uses exactly the right about of beneficial pressure. A really nice facility and I love the freedom of online booking. Highly recommend!
