I had a deeply disappointing experience with attorney Jessica Bublitz, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts for others considering her services. After spending $10,000 on legal fees for representation in my trial, I left feeling as though my case was not handled with the care and diligence it deserved. One of the most troubling aspects of my experience was her decision not to subpoena any of the camera footage surrounding my incident. This seemed like a crucial step that could have provided vital evidence in my favor. Additionally, she advised me against taking the stand to defend myself, which I now believe was a significant mistake. It has been two years since my trial, and I am still grappling with the mental and emotional aftermath of the experience. I find myself struggling with confusion, depression, and anxiety, all of which have compounded my financial difficulties. I can’t help but feel that her substandard performance and lack of effective representation played a large role in my ongoing challenges. I would caution anyone considering Jessica Bublitz for legal representation to thoroughly evaluate their options. My experience has left me feeling let down, and I wish I had sought someone more competent to advocate for my rights.
