Wonderful experience at Buckeye Complete! Thank you so much. I am new to the Ohio area and was happy to find a trustworthy mechanic. I truly appreciate the detailed explanation of what was going on with my car, especially the photo images included so I could share them with my pops. Wow, that meant a lot to me. The team was awesome and more than kind when answering all of my questions. Thank you again. I now have a place I can confidently return to for any car troubles.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an extremely great experience with Buckeye Complete Auto care.They serviced my Chevy Colorado in a timely manner and did an excellent job from start to finish. The staff was very kind, professional, and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on any of my vehicles. Highly recommend Buckeye Complete Auto care.

Buckeye complete auto care is amazing. I generally hate getting my car repaired because I don’t know much about cars. I’ve always been a little skeptical that the dealership was overcharging and recommending services not needed. I was able to drop off and pick up my car after hours, so I didn’t have to miss work. The technician texted a quote, review of services recommended, and was easy to get ahold of via text / phone. Their prices were very reasonable (much cheaper than the dealership) and I feel like they really only charged me for necessary services. Will definitely return - highly recommend this shop for folks not familiar with cars who want great service!

I have had a wonderful experience with Buckeye Complete Auto Care! I received a coupon in the mail for a discount on an oil change and decided to give them a try. They did a free road test and found a few other things that needed attention (I knew there were other issues, I just didn’t have dealership money). Aaron offered to show me photos they took or offered to show me on my car. Additionally, they broke down the cost of each service they recommended, showing the price of labor, the parts, etc with no hidden fees. They categorized each issue into a tier system to help you decide what needs addressed soon and what can wait. They have multiple financing options, but I didn’t need to use them because their prices are very fair. I took my car back after a few weeks and had a few more services done. They covered my uber cost to and from my home while they had my car, and also have a lovely waiting space with drinks and snacks in the lobby. They completed 3 services, one of which was replacing the rear shocks, and only needed to keep my car for about a day and a half. My Escape is driving smoother than when I purchased her, and I am currently saving up to bring her back to address the other issue they found before the winter. Every staff has treated me with kindness and respect, creating a wonderful experience. Auto shops can be intimidating to navigate as a woman, but I am confident the staff at Buckeye Complete Auto Care have been very honest with me. If your car is in need of some attention, or even just an oil change, I highly recommend you schedule an appointment here! It’s safe to say the dealership will never see me again!

This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. Everyone was very courteous. I did have an appointment so I didn't have to wait a long time. The price was very reasonable. What I loved most, there was no high pitch sales of everything my vehicle supposedly needed. Thanks Buckeye Complete Auto Care !!!
