Some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever tried to work with. I highly recommend using someone else. Their customer support is terrible and the owner has no respect for his PAYING customers.
If you’re looking to get nickel and dimed by picking the cheapest number for tent people, then these are your guys. Said we were being charged for some glasses we broke which fair enough but they said 7$ per glass and after they were returned they charged 20$ per “broken/lost” glasses. Booked over a year in advance and they couldn’t give us a time frame to set up until the morning of. Don’t waste your time with them to save a couple hundred bucks.
We had a great experience with the tent rental for my daughter's wedding. My daughter said the set up team helped her decide where the place the tent and the dance floor. She stated it felt like she had dads helping her.
We reserved a tent and tables for my daughter’s graduation party. Three days before the party we called to confirm and we were told we were all set for our party on Sunday. When nothing was set up on Saturday we called the office multiple times and no one answered or returned our calls. They never showed up on Sunday and we were left with no tent or tables for 90 people but were charged for the full amount of the rental. On Monday we called again and the owner was surprised no one showed up. He assured us all of our money would be refunded. It I has been a week and half since they never showed up and we still have not been refunded any of our money. We are currently disputing this with the credit card company. I would never rent from them again.
Can’t thank Buffalo Party Rental for coming in absolutely clutch when another local rental company cancelled our order just days before our big event! I wanted to give them credit for always sticking to their commitments, having a great selection, very fair pricing, and helpful staff that make the rentals very easy. I’ve used them several times for tents, chairs, tables and even glassware without any problems, and I would recommend them to you as well.
