I was with a larger company but not unhappy with their service. I was looking for something local and a little cheaper. I found all this and more with BugBros. As soon as I completed the online form to get a quote I was pleased with the service. I was contacted right away and the person I spoke with was very kind and answered all my questions. He worked up a quote that provided me with greater service at a better price! Their communication is outstanding as well. I had my first treatment applied today and while I don't personally get super excited over pest control, I can easily say that I'm crazy happy! 😂

The guys showed up as scheduled, gave me some knowledge around what was needed and quickly got in and out... We've been having a lot of spiders and mice issues due to the new construction around us. I hope this resolves our issues as we have little ones running around daily!

Jason did a great job with the initial treatment in spraying the inside and exterior of our house. He treated the side door of our garage very well for the main issue we are having with an infestation of acrobat ants. Jason was great at answering questions and was very friendly and polite. We're happy with his service today. One day later after the initial treatment and we are seeing the acrobat ants dying off. We're very pleased that the treatment is working well.
