I had my wife’s wedding ring custom made by Burnell’s. Everything turned out perfect. The consultation, the computer renderings, the 3d printed model, and most importantly, the finished product was amazing. They walked us through every step and made sure we were happy with everything, down to the smallest details. They also offer free service/cleaning to any jewelry we buy from them. My wife is proud to show off her ring. They have earned all of our future jewelry business.
Burnell’s has absolutely wonderful customer service, very polite and knowledgeable employees, and they did a wonderful job adjusting and polishing both my husband and I’s wedding bands. I ended up needing mine tweaked just a quarter size smaller than I initially thought and the gentleman graciously assisted me, and got the ring ready in time for our wedding even though I spoke up much too late. Great place all around and although I was there just to get some bands resized I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful the jewelry was that they had in stock/ on display. Great place for gifts. Can’t wait until I have a reason to go back!
Very happy with Burnell's. We had them make a match for my Wife's wedding band to her engagement ring. The quality of the ring and the work was excellent. Sean was very helpful and friendly. Burnell's will be our go to jewelry store here in Wichita. I would highly recommend Burnell's for any custom work and everything else.
The team at Burnell’s has taken incredible care of us and made the shopping experience absolutely wonderful! Joshua on staff made the shopping, designing, and purchasing experience easy and personal. He wanted to hear the story behind why we wanted the jewelry, and he was intentional to get us as many options within our budget as possible. Their team worked quick and finished the work on our new ring in a short amount of time. Everything even up through the final pick-up process was incredible! When a need for jewelry arises in the future, Burnell’s is the first place we’ll go!
