If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!! I was trying to send flowers to my sister in the hospital and had her under the wrong last name. When they weren't able to deliver they notified me right away. Not only did they attempt a 2nd time but when I placed another order late in the day for delivery the next day THEY GOT THEM DELIVERED THE SAME DAY!!! Christal was just outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. And my sister said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous.

I ordered a designer's choice bouquet, chocolates, and a teddy bear for Mother's day to be delivered on Friday. Unfortunately, the situation didn't allow for delivery, so I called to see if I could pick them up instead. Lori was very helpful, said it was no problem, and that I could pick them up in the afternoon, so initially, my encounter started off great. After work, I pulled them up in Google to get the address. This took me past the business to thr intersection of 13th and South, nowhere close to the shop. I had to call to get directions, otherwise I would have been stranded. When I finally reached the shop to pick them up, the gal that helped me read the ticket, put in some numbers and then told me the new total. I guess I should not have assumed, but I was under the impression I was just going to be charged the difference of the delivery and pick up, which I was fine with. She charged my card without verifying anything, so I asked about it, to which she then finally went and spoke with Lori about it because she said there were notes on the ticket that didn't make sense, which didn't make me feel very comfortable about the purchase. I had been keeping an eye on my bank account the rest of the day Friday, all weekend, and this morning, and I still have 2 charges for the flowers, so I called on my lunch. I was told by Lori that I was being credited $10 for the delivery fee. While the flowers I got for my mom were beautiful, I have not had a great experience. I feel I should be refunded the full amount of the initial charge because not only was I charged the amount for the delivery, I was charged for picking up the flowers, when I feel I should have either only been charged the difference of the 2 prices, or canceled the initial charge and only been charged for picking them up. I don't believe I'll be using this shop again in the future.
I would give them MORE than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely stunning and the perfect gift. My grandmother passed suddenly, and while it wasn't safe for me to travel to be with my parents, I could send them a little bit of joy with some flowers. Burton & Tyrrell's Flowers did NOT DISAPPOINT! I chose the Florist's Choice, and told them my mom's favorite colors. The arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, as you can see by the picture. AND it was same-day delivery. Could not ask for anything better!
Ich hatte eine EXZELLENTE Erfahrung mit Burton Tyrrell's flowers. Wir brauchten mehrere verschiedene Arten von Blumenarrangements für eine Veranstaltung, und ich rief an, gab ihnen eine Richtung, in die wir gehen wollten, und sie haben ab da die ganze Arbeit erledigt. Alle bei der Veranstaltung lobten die Blumen, und sie waren sehr entgegenkommend gegenüber meinem Budget. Der Wert des Preises übertraf meine Erwartungen bei weitem. Die Blumen waren äußerst schön. Ich empfehle dringend, mit Burton Tyrrell's Flowers zusammenzuarbeiten.
