I have been training with Busy Bee Fitness for about a year now and have always had the best expereince. My last trainer Thea was absolutely wonderful. Each session was safe, geared properly to my abilities and bearing in my my injuries. It was also not repetitive and broken down into very digestible super sets that I was able to follow and replicate. Thea is certainly very knowledgeable about the body and also the exercises that help and strenghthen the various muscle groups. She gave me great pointers on my form and helped me understand what muscle group I needed to pay attention to and focus on while doing the various exercises. The workouts during the week were also structured in a way that worked out the whole body throughout the week while allowing for rest and recovery in between. She is also very professional and kind and it was definitely a challenge in a good way to work out with her. Wishing you a great holiday season!
This place is amazing though I have never been to the gym it’s self . I have taken on in home personal training . I have never had a personal trainer before never in my life so this is a really exciting positive investment and experience for me. Nadia is amazing. She’s calm patient and fun I’ve had my first session with her, and I have many more to come Scott is very nice very accommodating, especially in my financial situation, so I’ve been really enjoying Busy Bee Fitness and my personal trainer. And I feel a lot happier. Physically, and mentally.
My experience with Busy Bee Fitness has been great. I am training with Samantha and she helped me go from no exercise at all to looking forward to working out twice a week. She's really patient and knowledgeable. Even though our workouts are virtual, she's great about making sure I am doing exercises correctly and always offers to adapt them if necessary. I definitely recommend them!
My fitness trainer was Samantha! I trained with her while I was pregnant and she was great ! She was so knowledgeable when it came to fitness training while pregnant. I was nervous to start because this is my first pregnancy, but she made me feel very comfortable and always had my best interest at heart. Not only was she knowledgeable and careful with me she made my workouts enjoyable! Scott was also great to deal with when signing up for my programs. I highly suggest this company! I'll be back to lose this baby weight !
