Jeff is the goat, tried with another company to get my car open which apparently is a state of the art antitheft device, and they couldn’t open it and turned out to be scammers anyways. Jeff came over the next day and even though it was really hard didn’t give up and did everything he could to try and get it open. Definitely the best service you can get anywhere in the San Diego area. Just might lock my keys in my car again on purpose the service was so amazing lol.

Brought in a broken car key. He explained my options clearly and went to work on fixing the key using parts on hand in the store. It was a bit trickier than he expected but he calmly worked for nearly 30 minutes while keeping me informed. Walked out with a fresh cut key attached to the repaired fob which worked perfectly at a very fair price and huge savings over going to the dealer. I don't review often but I thought the service here was exceptional and deserved a mention.
I needed to use their services today and found them to be very professional and were able to do mobile service at my home. The service tech Tony, called to give me his estimated arrival time, which he arrived promptly and had the keyfob programmed and metal key cut in about 1.5 hrs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith
Charles P. From Busy Bee gave us Gold Standard Service in an emergency situation for peace of mind when someone (not management) let themselves into our condo with an existing master key while we were home! Imagine our shock. This unknown person apologized and said it was a case of “wrong condo”, and took her key with her. We assumed that management had given her the master key. When we asked management about this, we were told they knew nothing of this occurrence, nor who this person is! We had zero understanding about lock mechanisms and master keys and assumed that the keys we were using were safe! WRONG. Well, Talk about getting a full blown education on the security issues related to thorough rekeying and lock mechanisms that helped us to understand this security issue! Charles P. shared superior knowledge, explaining all that was necessary with great courtesy and patience. And now, we know with assurance that the rekeying we had done and the keys we had made are the only ones that can access our condo! Phew! We are grateful that Charles P. was prompt in arrival and in the service completion. We are glad to recommend Busy Bee Locksmith for the professionalism shown, the lock education, and the excellent work done, with excellent pricing! We felt pricing was great for rekeying, 2 control keys and 6 entry keys! This Family Owned Company is a company that very clearly has high customer service standards with professionals, like Charles P. who have excellent manners and treated us as a valued customer!
