I wasn't keen on Buzz trampoline park for smaller children. We came to a birthday party, anf it felt very disorganised and unsafe for my younger son (age 2). If there were some safety measure at the door, and / or at the stairs, I might have felt more comfortable. I will say, my 5 year old had a great time, and I may have felt differently if I didn't have the two kids going in different directions. Either way, I think security and safety at the door was lacking

Excellent value for money, great facilities too. Both a plus and a minus, kids are separated by age -5 & 6+ I think, great for safe play but potentially separates siblings from playing with each other. For those that need it, it's the first play area ive seen selling monster lol.

Adequately maintained for the most part, some good variation in different types of activities, it all seems sturdy and in good working order. But it seems that's where safety concerns stop. There's 1 maybe 2 members of staff supervising the huge main area and zero staff supervising the soft play area EXCEPT if they suspect someone's claiming service they haven't paid for. My youngest son was injured by another child flagrantly breaching the safety rules that NO ONE reads, staff seemed uninterested. As long as liability and therefore commercial security is covered, everything else is superfluous. Such a shame because overall the kids usually enjoy, but I'm concerned there'll be a serious accident one day.

I attended buzz trampoline park today with my friend and we had a very good time. First of all the 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice and polite and so were all of the jump guards and people behind the cafe. We had some food aswell and it was very nice and hot and came relatively quickly. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back.

This is a great experience and loved by all the kids, it was mega busy when we were there and lots of happy kids running around. Things that could have made the experience better were; there needs to be better signs for the upstairs seeing area. The car park is a nightmare and could do with fresh white lines to show appropriate parking spaces and a clear one way system for all cars
