I live in Texas and my elderly parents who are 94 years old had an electrical emergency at their home in the California Bay Area that required a call to the local FD. CA Electrical Group was recommended and showed up promptly. Jacob showed up within the hour and I was blown away by his kindness and compassion he showed my parents. That was just the beginning of the blessing being brought to their scary unexpected situation. Excellent service! The power went out in my kitchen and Jacob was able to fix everything in less than 5 minutes. He explained what happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and how to troubleshoot on my own if it happens again. He was patient, understanding, and provided great customer service!
My garage power went out, and my usual fix—turning the breaker fully off and back on in a recently installed panel—didn’t work. I noticed a reset button on the breaker and tried that too, with no success. I assumed the breaker had failed. I called CA Electrical Group, and the next morning their supervisor, Jacob, came out. Within minutes he showed me that the breaker required a specific reset sequence I didn’t know about. Once that was done, the issue was resolved. Jacob then went above and beyond. He removed the panel cover, carefully inspected the wiring, and confirmed everything there was in good shape. I also have a much older exterior panel that feeds the newer one, and he took the time to inspect that as well. While it wasn’t the best installation, he explained clearly how the two panels were interconnected and what to watch for going forward. He spent over an hour with me, explained everything thoroughly, and did not charge me anything. I was extremely impressed with Jacob—very knowledgeable, focused on doing what’s best for the customer, and genuinely friendly. I’ll be using CA Electrical Group to replace a shorted outlet soon, and when I decide to replace the older panel, they’ll absolutely be my first call. Highly recommended.
The California Electrical Group did an excellent job in installing my new Siemens fuse box and patching up the drywall around it after the installation. They have a 24-hr/7-day customer service that is highly professional, courteous and reliable! They do free estimates. If they cannot answer your scheduling or billing questions at first, they will forward them to their logistics team who will respond back immediately. The scheduling is done by a separate team. One of the project managers, Kfir Ben, is a very responsible, professional and empathetic electrician who is honest in giving free estimates and technical advice. I was very surprised that he responds my calls immediately in scheduling and communicating with supervisors of different contractors. I had made a few calls with other electrical companies and they never returned my calls! I highly recommend them as your electrical company. I give them a AAAAA++++ rating!
I contacted CA Electrical Group for a full-house rewiring project. Jacob came to my home to understand my needs and provided a detailed quote. I was very impressed with his patience in explaining what needed to be done and how the work would be carried out, especially since I was still living in the house and concerned about maintaining power during the project. As part of the project, I also needed to add a subpanel. Jacob explained the steps clearly and made sure I understood how it would integrate with the new wiring. The team completed the entire project in just one week. The recessed lights I requested were part of the project, and when they worked on my bedroom, everything was carefully restored before they began. On the day they installed the lights, I was out, and when I returned, I was amazed--my room was bright and refreshed with the four new recessed lights. All furniture and items were placed back exactly how they were. Their daily cleanup was also excellent; they made sure the space was tidy before leaving each day. Throughout the week, there were days when three team members were working together, and I could clearly see their strong teamwork and coordination. That is why they were able to finish the job so efficiently. Rewiring used to be a major worry and headache for me, but after their work was completed, I felt much more comfortable and relieved. Overall, CA Electrical Group exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were outstanding. I truly appreciate their honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical team--you will be in good hands.
