Disappointing experience with faulty arcade, bowling lanes and high prices. We visited on a Saturday night and waited about an hour. While we waited, we checked out the arcade, but most machines were broken or unreliable with missing balls. We had a group of six. Our lane had technical difficulty eventually moved to another lane. Sadly, we never got a proper end result. No one won. The total cost was 92 which included shoe rental for 90 min. bar charge $ 35 for a bucket of seltzer beer. Food: The food was good but expensive. Crowd: Very busy with long lines Staffing: Only one person working Transparency: Price board was blank Key issues: Faulty machines and inconsistent outcomes. High prices with unclear pricing information for the bar service. Cocktail drinks were $15. Slow service due to understaffing. Poor follow-up (left messages for the manager, no call back). Verdict: Not worth it. I would have preferred the movies for a guaranteed end result. Suggestions for the business: Repair and maintain arcade machines to ensure a fair, functional experience. Keep pricing boards up-to-date and transparent. Increase staffing during peak hours. Acknowledge customer messages and respond promptly. Would I return? Probably not unless these issues are addressed.

As a league bowler that’s here 2/3 nights a week, this place has gone downhill fast under new management. We constantly run into problems during league nights, and it all seems to be things that should have been taken care of, specially when you know you have league. From the beginning Todd has over promised and under delivered - you can usually find him bowling during his shift, outside smoking, or socializing - tonight for example, he asked for me to come back to the desk in a bit because his computer wasn’t ready at almost 6pm, they started our practice early, we’ve had this league now for 18 weeks, same day - same time every week. On New Year’s Day we had a tournament which had been announced for a while, our lane was sticky - floors dirty, someone mentioned they were cleaning right before and that’s why the doors were locked, but everything was still dirty from the night before. It’s really sad to have to come on here and have to say all these things but as a regular bowler this center may not be an option anymore if things continue this way.

Todd and his staff at Catus Bowl are top notch! Are kids bowl regularly at Cactus and the staff are always helpful and fun, we took a family night and came to bowl and had a blast, proces were good, food was good, the center was clean and inviting! We had alot of fun and the staff was awesome and friendly

Still the old style bowling!! Everywhere else in town sold out and they charge sooo much! Great place to bowl! The workers are Soo nice!! I would super recommend a family night and date!!
