I called Cactus Plumbing late on a Friday for a plumbing emergency. I had a leak at the main line to my house. They sent Nick, who was at my place within an hour. It was not an easy job. Lots of digging to find the source of the leak. He got it done and explained everything he was doing along the way. Would highly recommend.

Enjoying a nice Sunday when all of a sudden the water to my whole condo building shuts off mid laundry and dishwasher cycle. Cactus Plumbing showed up to one of the neighbors houses and decided it would be a good idea to shut the water off for the entire building without any notice. After calling them to find out what was going on, the representative told me the owner of the unit was responsible for letting them know that its a shared water line. Not to mention there's a shut off valve for each individual unit but who needs to worry about that when you can shut the entire buildings water off? This company is a joke.
