I brought our new dog here yesterday after receiving unprofessional, rude & unorganized service from the front office staff at Green Valley Animal Hospital.( read that review) it is getting almost impossible to find a business with professional, knowledgeable & friendly service. The way it used to be & should be. I didn’t know what to expect this time but needed to get my new girl checked out. I was pleasantly surprised & very relieved to have found a professional, knowledgeable & all around personable vet’s office, finally! Dr. Halsey, her assistant & the admin staff are all awesome to deal with & my dog loved it there. No issues, no being skittish, just happy from start to finish. The price was reasonable as well. You pay the one time office fee of $71.00 in addition to whatever service you need. We only needed a few shots and it was well under $200 when all was said & done. We are now going to be bringing our other pups here as well. I had a question regarding pricing for a spay & I got busy while checking out & forgot the assistant was checking on this for me. Later, I received an email from Dr.Halsey explaining the spay procedure & pricing. I have never had this happen in the past. Normally, I would have to call & ask again but they didn’t forget I asked & despite my leaving before the assistant could tell me, the doctor emailed me & followed up on it. Which is the excellent service I have been looking for & this is the way it should be, but sadly, no longer exists in our town. Thankfully, it can be found at Cadence Animal Hospital. New customers here!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Caroline Hensley today. From the moment she walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. What really stood out to me was how comfortable she made my dog feel. She even got down on the floor with us during the exam, which helped keep him calm and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. I’m so grateful we found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable vet!
