The car wash is great! Manny provides excellent service and has outstanding character. The staff is always friendly, and my cars consistently come out spotless.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On October 25th they had to stop the machines and were running maintenance on them. I was the first customer once the machines were running again. The car wash machine actually popped my passenger side mirror cap cover off. The employee I spoke to seemed uninterested and walked over to the kiosk without directly speaking to the manager. Another customer told me where to find my now damaged cap cover. The manager was very help full, but in doing here job she warned that the company most likely will not pay. She is correct, in that after taking all my information and writing a report, they have not tried to reach out to me. I will not be returning to this car wash and I do not recommend it. My car was not damaged when I brought it in. I have taken pictures on site of my perfectly fine driver side and now damaged passenger side. This is a $40 repair that I am fixing myself. The fact that they had to stop for maintenance in the middle of operations should have been a warning to me. Save your car and the disappointment of a company that does not care about how you value your vehicle.
Absolutely Outstanding Experience! One thing I can’t stand is when businesses aren’t upfront, but here everything was explained clearly from the start. They walked me through what to expect, gave me an amazing introductory price for my first month, and even explained how to switch memberships so I wouldn’t get charged automatically in the future. Everything was printed right on the receipt—clear, honest, and straightforward. On top of that, I was shocked at how many complimentary tools, towels, and cleaning solutions they provide. Honestly, for the price they charge, it feels like they’re giving away way too much, but I’m not complaining—I’m just super grateful! Special shoutout to Gisele !!! she was absolutely wonderful, so communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Her honesty, work ethic, and genuine customer service stood out. This place has truly earned my trust. I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer for years to come and will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. Thank you for such an honest, refreshing experience—what a gem of a car wash! 🚗✨
Best car wash in town. I’ve been using lake nona car wash and this by far is the best. More towels and cleaning products. I’ve never had someone come up to me and ask me if we needed anything during our wash. Manny came over and asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
If you have a truck and you have any kind of extra Adons like hood, fenders or flares, or anything else, do not use this car, wash whatever way they have their blower. Set, it will break your add ons they will not pay anything matter of fact when they broke my hood Fender. I told the manager she said you could fill out a claim, but we will deny it. I asked her, "What's the point I went ahead and did one anyway, but it gets worse." A couple of days later, I rolled down my right side front passenger window when rolling it up, it cracked my window because that car wash had pushed in the window fenders, I had over my windows just stay away from this place. It's not worth it. A $20 car wash cost me hundreds of dollars. Stay away. They will not pay for anything.... Also, the first person who took my information for my claim deleted it I only found this out because the second person who came over to me half an hour later.Told me that the other person deleted it by mistake?
