I took my vehicle here to get some repairs done and the repairs to the actual truck looks pretty good but once I got the truck back, my check engine light was on, My steering wheel is tight, The drive is a little different, And caliber never addressed a situation that I told him about where my lights flickering after the accident occurred when I got the truck back I noticed that the lights were still flickering. I told them it wasn’t doing that before, and it needs to be addressed and they said OK but when I got it back, it was doing the same thing.

Shot out to Kendrick at Caliber Collision! I needed a quick fix to my car, brought it to Kendrick and can’t say how amazing he is! Made me feel like I was top priority! My service was quick, fast, and easy! From ordering the part I needed on my car to getting it installed! So grateful for my experience! I recommend Caliber Collision 10/10!!!

I could not be more unhappy with our experience with caliber collision. First of all, we were not allowed to go to the one 6 miles from my house. We were told they were too booked. So we were sent to one in downtown Fort Worth, which is an hour away from where we live. Then when we got there, we were told they were too booked and they towed the car to their Arlington location to actually have the work done. It took 2 1/2 months to complete the work on the car. In that time we were called and told the car was ready two times only to find out there was stuff not repaired or stuff repaired horribly. We received no communication. The only communication we got was when we called and inquired about what was going on. I could not be more unhappy. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop in my entire life and in my 18 years as an insurance agent, I have never seen this bad of customer service And overall experience

My vehicle was repaired and painted due to an accident. I was the claimant, and the responsible party's insurance company gave me Caliber as a guarantee repair facility. The repair went terrible from the beginning. I had to take my truck back twice and was going to take it back again, but I was going out of town. Now, the paint is cracking where the repair was done in 2021. I called the shop and no one answered the phone. I called the call center, and the rep "Steven" hung up on me. Repairs are guaranteed at a guarantee repair shop. I need my fender repainted ASAP.
