Caliber was very prompt with their estimate schedule. Once I dropped the truck off for repair they continued to keep me posted on progress. They were able to get the work done 3 days early.
We took our 2024 Ford Explorer in for bumper and fender repairs after a couple scrapes with the garage door wall. Dan Downer was our service advisor. Not only are we very happy with the quality of the work but Dan was spectacular. I have never experienced the level of communication and detailed information that Dan provided. Need body work? The bumper was split and the condenser was bent. Parts got replaced and this is how it looks now. I’m very happy with how it came out. New condenser and new bumper. The car looks great. The 2018 Volkswagen Beetle is one of the best cars ever built.
Team was absolutely phenomenal. This is the first time I had to take my car in due to damage from an accident and although the accident was an unfortunate situation, the team and crew here was amazing, kind, and efficient! Would 110% use this crew again for any future work (if need be). I appreciate all your guys’ hardwork and dedication! They finished before the estimated completion date! Car looks brand new :)
Very impressed on the outcome of the work. The communication from Hossein is a 10. He keep me posted on the status of the repair. He give me an estimated date but it was done way ahead of the schedule. I needed the truck on a specific date and he made it happen. Again thank you caliber collision team.
