California Cookout catered our Celebration of Life reception in November. I appreciated Nathan's highly organized way of scheduling an event--he was very easy to work with and he asked all the right questions when we placed the order, so everything went smoothly from beginning to end. His team who worked at our event arrived on time, the service was friendly and efficient, the food was tasty (we got compliments from the other guests), and they did a great job cleaning up. On top of all that, they were a reasonable price, especially compared to other catering companies we called. I highly recommend California Cookout Catering!

Nathan and California Cookout really were a huge part of the success of our wedding. The professionalism and food were top-notch. Nathan created a filling and tasty menu that our guests loved. They also allowed us to add kimchi and a vegan option, enabling us to really customize and represent ourselves. They were on time and didn't need anything to complete their job. We appreciated them so much. We absolutely recommend them.

We hired California Cookout for our wedding, and the food was SO GOOD. I want to have another event just to eat the food again. Nathan was so great about talking through our options for allergies and dietary restrictions. The serving team on the day of was so fast and efficient and there was plenty of food for seconds. Some of the most popular items were the Santa Barbara salad, penne alfredo, tri tip, balsamic and mashed potatoes. For dessert, we had berry and peach cobbler with ice cream. Both were great- I especially liked the berry!

My experience with Nathan and California Cookout was excellent. They catered my wedding in June and they did an exceptional job. The food was fresh, delicious, and we received compliments from our guests through the night on how good the food was. I guess people are used to stale, generic wedding food but Cali Cookout delivered the goods! I will attach pics to my review. Check them out. We got mesquite grilled chicken along with the tri tip. And the desserts! All so good!!

Nathan and his team recently catered a company event and served over 150 attendants. Everything from the initial contact, to choosing a menu to fit our budget, to set up, service, and clean up was all top notch! The food looked, smelled and tasted amazing. Everyone was blown away and many went back for seconds and thirds! Highly recommend California Cookout!
