I recently completed an online meditation course with Cam, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I had done a little meditation before, using apps, but I never properly understood how much it could help me. It’s been a couple of months since I did that course, and I’m already noticing a few changes. At work, I handle stress so much better, and take less of it home. I engage with my kids and handle tension with my wife better. It has helped me to slow down and be more intentional. Do me the course felt like a perfect balance between being informative and practical. Cam made everything approachable, and practical. Meditation can sometimes feel like a solo journey, but his support has made a big difference. Beyond the course, having access to Cam’s app has been great. Cam's weekend course was so helpful, not just in demystifying some of my past ideas of what meditation is, but also concisely explaining why our minds and bodies behave and react the way they do in our everyday lives. Encouraging loads of questions about our own experiences brought it all together each session with peaceful group medications. Fantastic introduction!
Excellent experience doing the Learn to Meditate course with Cam. He is great teacher, and effortlessly guides you through an introduction to meditation. I was nervous about trying something new, but Cam made me feel very welcome and at ease. I came away feeling like I have found something which will stay with me for good, and excited to include meditation in my life as a tool to manage anxiety and stress.
