I am a new customer and my pup is new to being groomed. It was a great first experience for me. I was welcomed and spoke very nicely too. Special accommodations for made for my pup, as she was frightened by the new experience. All of my requests were carried out and I was very pleased with the entire staff and the grooming service. We will be back!

I love taking my dog here. After having a bad experience at other places - it’s a wonderful feeling knowing that your pet is safe and being treated well. My dog always looks great after being groomed! I’d highly recommend Canine Country Club.

So far canine country West side has been wonderful for my pup Seville. We just recently lost our other wonderful pup and it was heartbreak for our family. Daycare has been a great way to keep Seville exercised and allow him to socialize with other pups. Ari and Abby in particular have been wonderful.

Canine Country Club has been absolutely unbelievable. I wish there was an option to select something higher than a 5-star rating. My dog Dottie has been going to Canine Country Club for about 2 months now. She is able to run around with the pack, burn off her (insanely high) energy, and is ready for a nap in the car on the way home. Dottie gets greeted her by name when she arrives in the mornings, no matter who is working each day (Open 7 days a week!). Seriously impressive, especially with the number of dogs/cats checking in and out each day. I love being able to check in on Dottie with the webcam at random points throughout the day and seeing how much fun all the dogs are having! All of the staff have been incredible to deal with. They are very communicative and keep you well informed if anything happens either with your pet or with any changes at the facility itself. The pictures attached to the review are only a few of the ones they have sent to me since starting there. I truly believe that the team at this location treats all the animals in their care as if they were the staff's own pets/family. This location should be at the top of your list for any of the pet daycare/boarding needs!

My dog, Callie, loves going to daycare at the Westside CC! She is a very social pup and loves meeting and playing with her new and old friends. This has been the best decision for my sweet girl. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very efficient at their jobs. They send daily pawgress reports with photos. They have a free meet and greet trial day if you want to see how your pup does. Give them a try!
