Really pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful with suggestions of books for my baby and I to learn Welsh. Really good selection of children's books; some Welsh and some bilingual. Nice collection of seasonal books. Looks like a good range of books for adults too. They've also got some nice gifts, only didn't buy any because I'd already done my Christmas shopping.
This is a great book shop, I'm always nervous speaking Welsh with new people but felt at ease here They attend lunch breaks for Sadwrn Siarad with Coleg Gwent and I always walk away with too many books, Scrabble last time too! Buying online is simple with them too, highly recommend looking on their website for a book before ordering off the bigger companies. I look forward to returning and picking up a Canolradd text book for September!
I can't recommend this nice Welsh book shop more. There are a lot of Welsh books and a wide range of cards and gifts. I'm a Welsh learner. If you're a learner like me, you can find everything you need here: textbooks, books for learners, grammar books and so on. Dw i'n hoffi'r siop lyfrau yn fawr.
