My phone was playing up for 2days and I couldn't get to the bottom of the problem.l brought it into the shop in Canton and Mo sorted it out for me straight away and explained everything.l can't praise him enough 10/10***

As a first time customer who felt completely out of her depth when her mobile phone broke I must say that Mo treated me with the utmost patience. In a stressful world this means so much & must also say a lot about their integrity. Mo has the patience of a saint & he was honest too.

I would really recommend this place. I dropped my phone the day before me and my partner were supposed to go on holiday. I tried to get it fixed in abergavenny but they were unable to find the problem. The man in aber called up someone from this shop and they came in on their day off to look at my phone and fixed it in under an hour. It had my passwords/ flight and hotel info on and we wouldn’t have been able to go if the phone wasn’t fixed. We are so grateful to the person that fixed my phone. Amazing service and faith in humanity restored. Thankyou so much, i wish you lots of luck and happiness. 🙂

Today I had problems with my Google emails. I went to Canton Mobiles and Amad helped me sort it out in less than five minutes. He was very courteous and accommodating. Really appreciate the assistance.

One star — deeply disappointing experience. I came in to fix a smashed screen. They assured me everything would be fine, but once the screen was removed and I had no other options, they told me the fingerprint sensor wouldn’t work anymore — and it didn’t. They promised to order a new sensor and fix it. That never happened. Within 24 hours, there was a visible gap between the screen and the phone body — perfect for water and dust to sneak in. A week later, the screen shattered again. I hadn’t dropped it or hit it hard, but because the screen was installed unevenly, even a minor bump caused serious damage. So now I’m left with: - A broken screen (again) - No fingerprint sensor - A poorly sealed phone - £80 gone I wish I had just bought a new phone or gone to a more reliable repair shop. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere.
