I called our usual vet and another place desperate to be seen the same day for my little pup. Both were unable to see me and both recommended I call capital city vet. So glad I did because the were so wonderful. The vet was very through and genuinely cared about all aspects of my dog’s health. Even gor a call personally from him the next day to see how things were going. Couldn’t recommend them more.
500 stars: Got me in right away in an emergency situation, primary was booked. Prompt and accurate diagnosis, saved my boys life. He had tetanus (a rare condition in dogs). Without proper and immediate diagnosis and treatment he would have died. Its been a little over a year for recovery (older dog) but he's doing great now. Don't remember the doc he had only that he was allergic to penicillin (which must suck in this field). The whole staff was amazing, especially considering how scared and sleepless I was. They were super clear about costs and options in advance and let me make my own choices. 500 stars.
Three of my family’s dogs have come here over the years, including one we sadly had to put to sleep. I still think back on that experience and how gentle and compassionate the staff were throughout the process. Now I bring my own dog to this clinic, and every visit has been outstanding. I’ve never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. If anything, they often suggest affordable over-the-counter options instead of costly medications. The team is kind, attentive, and never judgmental. I highly, highly recommend.
The team has been SO helpful and communicative as we solve a problem with my dog. They managed to squeeze her in last minute on a weekend to get help even though they weren’t our primary vet and have been exceptional at diagnosing and treating the issue and helping my dog to feel good again. I also called about an additional allergy issue which they were able to quickly help solution which I didn’t think would be possible. The team has always followed up as promised and has always had thorough answers and solutions. I cannot say enough great things about the team and we’re so grateful for their help.
Wonderful location and handled our situation with compassion and professionalism! Dr Singh, Brandy and all staff are incredible. So caring and loving towards our very sick little one. Procedure was throughly explained and even a call back the next day to check on him. Our baby was critical and they did everything they could to keep him going. No hidden pricing, a full accurate quote for services and fantastic follow up. Our baby is back to his usual sassy self. Thankful for such amazing care!
