I’m not really sure how to feel about this place. On one hand for the price they charge for a minor detail it’s honestly a pretty good deal. But on the other hand the quality of the service wasn’t the best. The job felt a bit rushed and they definitely missed several spots on my vehicle. That said considering how inexpensive it is should I really expect much more? I’m somewhat happy with the service but not completely satisfied. One thing I did enjoy was the lounge area it was comfortable with free Wi-Fi and coffee. They also offered tea although there wasn’t any hot water available. Still for the price I can’t complain too much. The service I got was the suv mini detail for $65.
First time customer. Last time customer. We were welcomed warmly by the new GM. I had high hopes of having my month old vehicle being well-cared for. I didn't mind the extended wait for my car to be finished. I thought I was getting what I paid for, a great wash and interior clean for $45 plus tip. First thing I noticed was the tire shine wasn't evenly applied. There were many missed spots. Next was the passenger seat being left all the way up to the dash with the back arched forward. On to residue left on both front seats from bottles of cleaner. Then my side mirrors being all out of position. How hard are you wiping to even do that? Beyond the tape residue on my windshield, right in my eye line from the receipt for the wash, was scratches on my dashboard from someone's clunky watch or something. Cup holders weren't wiped out, floor mats were not secured, the back wasn't vacuumed, door thresholds weren't wiped. I would expect this from a 20 minute visit not for service that took almost an hour and a half.
Amazing service, great quality, top notch customer service! Had an issue with paint contamination on a brand new car I purchased all over the front of the car, causing tiny spots of discoloration on a black car and it was very noticeable. Talked with the manager, Austin, about my concerns. He was very patient and emphatic about the situation. The technician, Sylvia, assured it was a simple solution to fix and just needs a clay bar treatment to fix it. I went back a few days later to get the treatment. She has magic hands as all the spots and discoloration is completely gone (only sparkles and shine)! I did not have to wait long at all and the lobby was a comfortable area. I previously went here for a detail and wax service on a different vehicle I owned, and I was just as impressed back then. No more stress or worries! Will continue to come back here for these services! Highest recommendations :)
Love this place. Been coming here for years. Today brought my mom’s car in for a detail. The packages are a little confusing but the friendly staff was patient when explaining all my options. It’s 9:15 and there is hardly nobody here so this might be a tip on when to come. They always do a great job. Inside the waiting area they have a few vending machines, a nice area for kids and parents , very comfortable seating, and TVs. Plus they offer quick oil changes and there’s a tinting service. Last time I brought my car in to get detailed they found my prescription sun glasses that I had been missing for 2 years. Please remember to give these guys a cash tip because they’re working hard outside while you get to rest and enjoy the perks.
