I’ve been coming to this place for about three years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience as positive as the one I had with Jay Perez. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and made me and my mom laugh.He was very honest and clear about everything, and he treated me with genuine kindness and respect. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also truly cares about the people they help. Jay made my visit much better, and he is by far the nicest nurse I’ve had here.

Absolutely amazing clinic! From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Elisabeth at the front desk was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and efficient, which immediately set the tone. Francesca, the provider, was just as wonderful—kind, professional, and thorough. They both made the entire visit feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend coming to this clinic if you’re looking for exceptional service and a great overall experience!

I was under the impression that Urgent Care was quicker the hospital emergencies. My arrival started ok. I was not aware that I could pre-register. That is my preference. My initial wait was ok. I was able to access my wait time. But I was only able to get it once. When I tried to see the wait time again, it wouldn't update! Once I went into the triage room, all went well until I felt they forgot I was there. After I inquired about the timing, I was told there were other patients before me, but then the doctor comes in. She seemed baffled by my symptoms and unsure about a diagnosis...

I had a very pleasant experience at this urgent care. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and courteous, and the provider was extremely thorough and helpful. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for. Overall, the service was excellent and I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had at CareNow Urgent Care – Mueller. I was in the room with my fiancé, who was the patient. Without any clear explanation, a staff assistant abruptly told me to leave the room. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional, and at no point did she explain why my presence wasn’t allowed. As his primary caregiver, I need to understand his condition and follow-up instructions to properly care for him after the visit. He explicitly wanted me to stay, and there was no reason this couldn’t have been handled with basic communication and respect. Instead, I was left in the dark during a stressful medical situation, which is unacceptable. Patients and their caregivers deserve clear explanations and compassionate treatment — not to be dismissed without context. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in this clinic.
